Diva Faustina Senior, died 140/1. Denarius (Silver, 18 mm, 2.22 g, 6 h), a contemporary imitation of an issue from Rome, after circa 146. DIVA FAVSTINA Diademed and draped bust of Diva Faustina to right. Rev. AVGVSTA Wreath on draped throne against which rests scepter. Cf. BMC 454, Cohen 131 and RIC 377 (for prototype). The reverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, good very fine.
